These shoes look nice and they are light weight. If you're going to skate in them they are thin enough to feel the board, and honestly feel great when you ride. They aren't the most durable though. They broke in fast, but after a few kickflips the toes had been completely destroyed. I expected a little more use out of them for the price I paid but after two weeks they weren't skateable. I think the canvas skin on the shoe is too weak. If you want a nice pair of shoes that feel nice and look good, these are great, but if you're going to skate, try to find something a little more durable.

Beardski Prospector Ski Mask Review

I purchased the Beardski for our trip to Colorado. Needless to say, it was a hit on the slopes. Not only did it keep me incredibly warm while the wind howled around me but it also improved my skiing tremendously. I was conquering previously untouchable black diamonds and carving through the trees like I belonged there. I now wear the Beardski everywhere. Grocery shopping, weddings, even the DMV when I had to renew my license and picture. I don't know for sure but I'm fairly certain it is responsible for the job promotion I just received. It has given me a new outlook on life and for that I can't thank it enough. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Randall 180's are pretty much the industry standard. You can't really go wrong with them. My only recommendation is that you replace the bushings - the red cone bushings they come with aren't very responsive. Also, flip the cup washers where the lip faces out so you don't cut you're bushings to pieces.

One great thing about these trucks is that they support BIG guys. I am close to 250 now but I started riding Randalls at 325 with no probs - just venom pink and green bushings - there is no way the factory reds will support anything over 200 lbs for very long.

My aunt bought these for my daughter for her birthday. Right out of the box I could see the quality. nice wheels, nice bearings, and a really good boot. I adjusted them to the smallest size and couldn't believe how nice it went on her foot. Laced them up tight, velcroed them, put on the top latch and done. She skated away no complaints of it rubbing or being uncomfortable, just her skating around. From my experiences I prepared her for the break in period we all dread, but there was none. Very smooth wheels and bearings, worth every penny. A really high quality skate, that from all appearances she will grow out of before she wears them out. And the fact that they are adjustable and she is on the first size makes it all that much better. GREAT JOB ROLLERBLADE!!!!!

Good brand name unit at good price. I bought two of these for my kids for under their snowmobile helmets and they look like they will work perfectly. I did not do my research on sizing and there was not enough info in the Amazon listing. My kids are 3 and 5. I checked outdoor researches website and they only list the size as XS/S. I figured it was a one size fits all kids like most balaclavas. Amazon shows a Med/Large size option as well, and I figured this would be for teenagers or something as there was no info. When I got the hoods it turns out S/XS is for age 1-3 and the M/L is for kids 6-12. I prolly would have got one of each since the small already fits snug on my 5 year old. I wanted to see how stretchy they are and I actually put one of them on my head and got it to fit w/o ripping anything so hopefully it will stretch with use. Full disclosure, I did actually find the sizing on OR's site now.
