Normally I take a medium to a large in gloves. At the time I ordered these, the medium was out, but the small was only $16+, and since the reviews say they run large, I took a chance. They fit, but they're snug. I'm probably going to order a larger size too since I like them so much. Leather, reinforced with kevlar, and thinsulate insulation. I've worn them riding when the temperature was 30 degrees. Of course, at highway speeds, that puts the temp close to zero. They're NOT toasty warm under those condition, but I'm not frostbitten either. Riding when the temp is around 50, even at highway speeds, they're fine. A larger size with liners would probably do well for colder conditions (or even a larger size without liners so they're not quite as snug on me. Obviously, it's my fault I ordered smaller gloves, not the glove's fault). I really like them, and even at $27, they're a heck of a deal.
