There are many brands of high top skate shoes in my closet and I have experienced all types of fits, widths and lengths. In the past, I also use to own a pair of DC Spartans and currently own a pair of DC Vilians. Needless to say, I am versed in different footwear, especially when it comes to skate shoes. And these, the DC Pro Spec 3.0 are one of the best pairs I have ever owned. over all my shoes and my DCs.

People say DC fits differently than most. Lengthwise, I haven't had a problem with them. Of course, I highly recommend trying on a pair of DCs in any store to get a better understanding of how their footwear fit/how they compare to the sizes of other shoes you may wear. Beyond that, they're a pretty awesome pair of shoes, both stylish and comfort.

The sides, where they come up above your ankel do not rub your skin badly, which is an issue with high tops rubbing your skin raw. The shoe is designed to specifically fit the curves of your feet and lower leg. Inside your feet are not cramed and you have the flexibility to move without making yourself uncomfortable.
