These shoes were a gift for a fashionable family member. They arrived in plenty of time for me to ship them to him. He likes Vans -- personally they are not my favorite, as the fabric tends to fray. However, I will say they were the only skate shoes I felt would meet his high standards this year, LOL. The color was as shown on Amazon, which was a great relief to me. The great part about being able to buy these online is that I was able to find his size. Our local Vans store either doesn't carry that size, or runs out as soon as they come in. This saved me numerous trips to the mall, for which I am very grateful.
