Ok, I should start by saying that I pretty particular when it comes to my equipment. I get everything from Creature, leash and traction pads, they are just the best around. Now I am not sure what this leash is, but I do not qualify this as a quality product. As mentioned above, the strap is way too thin. I read these reviews before and figure "no big deal, I can always take the strap off and put another one from a broken leash..." But cannot, it is one single piece that do not detach...and do not swivel!!! I have never seen this system on a creature leash before...wondering if this is a legit product...Bottom line, I am returning it right away!
