This wetsuit fits true to size and, on an average size female, the sleeves hit just above the wrists & the legs hit just above the ankles.

Quality seems very good - excellent out of the box. I have good movement on dry land. I haven't tried the suit in water, so can only comment on fit.

UPDATE: works well in water - still had good movement. Stretched a little, but not too bad. I would order again.
