I use this wet suit for diving in the pacnw. Yes, some may say I'm crazy for using this in 44 to 50 degree F water, but I don't get cold in it provided my hands and feet are well covered. It's a bit tricky to dry out, and getting into it is a bit of a challenge - - but easier than most other wetsuits. It's a bit annoying that the Velcro grabs everything internal on the suit, making turning it back right-side-out more than a bit tricky.

But, it's warm, fits great, very stretchy.
