The lake waters here in Argentina are runoff from glaicers so no warmer than 47 degrees. This suit kept me nice and warm for my 40 minute swims. It's fits me perfectly (I'm 5'10" 155 lbs and got a size 12). It's not a battle to get into and out of, which makes it easier to do an impromptu swim. I did a ton of research on wetsuits and I think this is one of the best you can get for your money- a great investment if you're in the water a lot.
