This board's fatal flaw is that the rear-most truck mounting holes on the rear truck are past the curve for the kick tail. Hence, there is a significant gap between the board and rear-most 1/2" of the truck baseplate, leaving the truck's piviot point unsupported. The same problem, though to a lesser extent, is visable at the front-most portion of the front truck. Using soft 1/2" riser pads helps with the gap, but it is still not accetable.Bottom line -- the flawed truck mounting position makes this a no-buy. A better use of your money would be to pick-up a modern pool deck by Deckcrafters, PoolKing or Powell.
Specs -- Could not find these anywhere so here they are.
Wheel base is 16". This should be around 14 3/4", which would solve the problem described above.
Nose extends 6 1/2" from forward truck bolts. The kick is pronounced.
Tail extends 6 5/8" from rear most truck bolts. So standard kick.
The overall shape narrows to the tail. Width around front trucks is 10". Width at rear most truck bolts is 9 1/4". Width 2" forward from end of tail is 8 1/4".
Concave for the front foot is 1/2" deep.
Tail concave is 1/16" deep.
Board is made in China of Canadian maple. Seems durable, but is a bit on the heavy side.
