Athalon Two-Piece Ski and Boot Bag Combo (Black, 185cm) Review

I ordered this for my first pair of skiis so we could travel to Park City. First of all, probably mainly my ignorance (I am a new skiier) but the ski bag is not padded. The 30 dollar price should have tipped me off but I just didn't realize. It is great for carrying to the local mountain and keeping the dust off at the house but I would not use this for travelling where skiis have to be stowed in a cargo area. They will get destroyed. The boot bag I did take with me and check. I am overall pretty happy with this. I can fit my boots, helmet, goggles, a hat and even my skipants into this bag. I was unhappy though that one of the handles is starting to rip through.

So, final analysis-
If you just carry to and from a local mountain, this is a fine product. If you need to travel this is not a very rugged product and I would reccommend something else.

I have used this leash on a daily basis in Hawaii for over a year and have surfed waves over 15' using it. No matter how nasty the wave or fall, I have never had to worry about it breaking. Also, the neoprene padding around the ankle makes it the most comfortable leash I've ever worn. My only complaint is that despite never wrapping it around my board and has a tendency to tangle and wrap around my feet. I store the leash loose in my trunk, not wrapped or coiled at all.

My son got a Razor scooter for his birthday, and about a week later my dog chewed up the charger. I purchased this for my son's Razor e150. The product information said that it was for that scooter and that it would definatly work. When I got it, it looked like something that had been home made, but I figured that it would still work. I plugged it into the scooter and the light that is supposed to show that it is charging never lit, I decided to give it a chance and left it over night. Still didn't work in the morning and I tried other outlets in the house. I had to purchase another one from a different seller. That one worked perfectly. My son was very disapointed since he had been waiting forever to get a new charger.

Thule 554XT Hang Two Rooftop Surfboard Carrier Review

Was excited to get this as my crossbars are very close together and lateral stability was key. My board is 11'3" L 29.5" W and over 4" thick. Had everything set up all nice and neat until I tried to get the straps on. Except they are too short to hook on for my board. Don't see how any stand up board or thicker and wider board would fit with the included straps so I was back to standard compression straps. So much for the quick convenience. But the captures are nice and work well. So hopefully Thule will send me some longer straps when they wise up and make them bigger. I did call to complain. If your dimensions are smaller than mine (29.5" w and about 4.5" thick) then you'll be fine. The straps were short by about 2+ inches at their longest.
