I bought this for my 3.5 year old niece so she could ride along with my own 3 year old daughter on hers.

The Micro Minis are a great design. The two front wheels make it easier for young kids to stay upright while learning. There is a unique yet simple spring-driven mechanism in the front wheels that give a more natural turning feel. Instead of twisting the handlebars like on other scooters, you simply lean the direction you want to turn like on a bicycle. The rubber stopper on the back wheel makes braking shoe-friendly, too (once your kid masters it).

I gave the Mini only four stars because this limited edition is lighter and easier to turn than my daughter's standard Micro Mini. This may be an "improved design" as my daughter's is over a year old, but the new one is lighter and it's sprung more lightly so it turns more easily. The older version seemed a bit more steady for beginners.

Overall, awesome design, style and price. Highly recommended!
