I use this for scuba diving in 70 - 78 degree water. I've used this on aabout 25 dives now. It's more flexible in the back, chest, and shoulders than many wetsuits and that makes it easy to reach the valves on my twin sets. It also doesn't feel as constricting as the other suits (Mares, ScubaPro, Cressi) that I've owned. The size is true to me and the quality of the stitching and zipper is very good.
