Its one size, and very slightly too big for my 6 year old gal who has a slightly bigger head than average.
But she should be able to use it soon, hopefully.
I bought it as it is cheap ($6!) and matches the pink upstart helmet which I bought for her.
I find it really hard to buy ski goggles online as usually one size and u are not sure whether it will be too big or small.
Amazon does not really do a good job in advising customers of product size (I wrote in but didn't help).
