Again, the scooter is great. My son loves it, and that's what really counts. The experience for me as purchaser and father was terrible. The first scooter arrived very quickly, however, it was the wrong one size and color. Also the box was beat up, torn, and the scooter was scratched all over. I thought no big deal, we're not keeping it anyway. Well after a couple more weeks we finally received the right scooter, but again, the box was damaged and so was the scooter. I didnt want to wait another couple weeks for a damage free parcel, so we kept it. I was bummed over the experience, but aside from the terrible service, and scooter arriving damaged i can say the scooter will be fun for my son. He was so excited when he finally got to ride it. It assembles very easy, and I read other reviews complaining about the brakes being difficult to adjust, but I had no problem whatsoever. The scooter was assembled in less than 20 minutes. The three star review is less for the scooter as it is exactly what my son was hoping for, and that's what really matters. Customers/parents be warned, if you want a fast and damage free parcel from this vendor you may be disappointed. 5 stars for the scooter, great deal and sturdy scooter will be enjoyed for many years. 3 stars for customer service/experience.
