The brake pads arrived on time and in good condition. I went with the resin disc pads because, even though they wear out faster than the medal pads, they are quitter. I have alway had a problem with squealing with the medal pads. The only thing is that what actually was sent was XT pads and not XTR bads. I have purchased XTR pads before and they come in completely different packaging that is clearly marked XTR.
