-Adjustable air vents allows ventilation when it's hot, or warmth when you need it
-Comfortable, no pressure points like in some cheaper helmets
-feels very well made, solid construction
-Back strap to keep your goggles in place; this has saved me a few times when my goggles flew off when I fell.
-Sturdy; saved my head from some bad falls.

Cons:
-I think there is a place to put your headphones in your helmet, but unzipping is a big hassle; I don't know if it's like this for most helmets tho.
-Chin strap buckle is a bit small, I have to take off my gloves when taking my helmet on/off.
